What Made You Stop and Reflect?

Did you have a moment in your weekend that made you stop and think?
I did.
I was standing by the bay, watching a guy with a kayak just... standing there.
His friends were already in - paddling fast, way ahead, calling from the distance.

He paused.
Looked at them.
Looked at the water.
And for a second, I saw it - that moment of doubt.
"Am I too late?"
"Can I even catch up?"
And it took me right back to a client I worked with not that long ago.
She was in her late 40s.
Made a shift from her previous corporate career.
Brilliant. Experienced.
But stuck in that same feeling - watching others glide ahead in their businesses while she stood on the edge, unsure where to start.
I didn’t try to help her "catch up."
I helped her find her own rhythm.
We slowed everything down.
Listened to what she really wanted to build.
Not what the market said. Not what others were doing.
What felt aligned.
What felt real.
A few months later, she was running her own programme,
quietly powerful, deeply aligned, and profitable.
Not loud. Not viral.
But sustainable. And totally hers.
And that guy in the bay?
Eventually, he stepped in.
Wobbled a bit.
Then started paddling at his own pace.
Did he catch up?
Who knows.
That wasn’t the point.
He was finally in the water.
What do you think could change for you, if you had the right support to help you listen, trust, and move forward from where you are?
